A international not for profit organisation based in London.

Your new role
Due to a project secondment within the communications team we are looking for a Internal Communications Manager. You will be the sole internal communications professional within the organisation, however there is a general communications assistant to help as and when. A key area of responsibility is that you will be deputising for the Head of Communications where need be. The organisation is currently going through a ongoing period of change and you will be creating communications plans for Restructures, Staff Surveys, New CRM and CMS Systems and a Re-brand launch. Formally you will report into the Head of Communications with a dotted line to the Head of HR

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must be seasoned in both operational and strategic internal communications. This is because you will be creating communications plans, rolling them out and overseeing a team of four from time to time. You will have great engagement experience, as well in depth line management experience - this is crucial. In terms of sector experience the organisation is being quite flexible, experience within the higher education, not for profit and/or public sector will be considered.
