As the Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering a compettling brand marketing strategy to meet budgeted revenue, visitor volume and KPI targets. You will also be responsible for the strategy development, brand planning and implementation of the growing brand.

The business is for one of the UK's leading entertainment and leisure brands based in Staffordshire.


The key responsibilities for the Brand Manager include:

* Develop the marketing strategy for the Resort in conjunction with the Head of Brand Marketing and Marketing Director.

* Own the brand marketing strategy strategy, building and executing marketing plans.

* Act as lead contact for all PR, online, mobile, trade and schools to ensure fully integrated annual marketing programmes.

* Deliver a volume-driving brand promotional programme with stable on-brand partners, adding value to the Resort's overall marketing programme.

* Lead, inspire and develop the marketing team.

* Deputise for the Head of Brand Marketing.


The successful candidate for the Brand Manager position will have:

* Experience working in Brand Management ideally within a leisure/entertainment brand, a consumer-centric business, or an agency with a portfolio of consumer clients

* Be experienced as a full mix marketer, covering both online and traditional channels

* Commercial awareness and business driven

* Good communications skills across all levels

* Excellent project and process management skills along with a determination to drive marketing campaigns within a challenging environment.

* Energetic with high levels of enthusiasm

* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

* Ability to be an effective team player and contribute towards team objectives
