To act as the key link between Group Marketing and the faculty colleagues operating in the adult learner market, taking responsibility for the development and delivery of an effective marketing and communications plan that generates awareness, interest, leads and return on investment

The Marketing Business Partner will be responsible for the below duties:
To work with the Marketing Delivery team to execute the plan, specifically:

* targeted campaigns; generating learner/business leads through multi-channel campaigns, events and collateral, supported by an up-to-date website.
* Use of a range of tools and reports to track, analyse and report on marketing and sales performance on an ongoing basis; producing regular reports for key stakeholders.
* A content plan that presents the client's products in the most effective way to key audiences - described in the right language, to the right audience, through the right integration of channels.
* Overview of key divisional activities, news and business developments, feeding in to the communications leads for news/PR story publication via internal and external communication channels including digital and social media.
* A creative, content-driven approach to communications that reflect the client's strengths and distinctiveness, and deliver simple and compelling message about the benefits and USPs.


For the Marketing Business Partner role, the desired skills set would be as below:

* Ability to maintain good knowledge of the client's products and their market position; taking responsibility for ensuring that all product information is portrayed in an accurate compelling manner across all channels
* manage key stakeholder relationships between the marketing team and senior management/faculty, gaining buy in for marketing priorities and liaising closely with the client's sales and delivery teams on the planning and execution of the marketing plan
* At least three years' experience of impactful marketing and communications delivery
* Ability to analyse data and present proposals
* Ability to develop a plan and oversee its implementation
