Are you passionate about content creation, PR and event management B2B marketing professional interested in working for one of the UK's leading manufacturer of lighting products? Our client is currently looking for an outstanding candidate to become their Marketing Manager.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, Marketing Manager will work closely with rest of the team to ensure the effective roll out of the marketing plan for the B2B lighting brand, maximizing efficiencies and contributing creatively to the continued growth and development of the organization. Marketing Manager will be involved in all aspects of campaign management and the implementation of B2B marketing activity considering the full marketing mix.

Your role: -

* Responsible for developing B2B propositions, utilising the full marketing mix and tools available working for the Lighting brand
* Setting measureable objectives within the plan, in line with the business strategy. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the marketing budget
* Ensure all marketing communication is within the brand guidelines, including the correct tone of voice for the target audience.
* Researching gaps in sales using the in-house system, customer loyalty and prospecting campaigns; setting offer prices, loyalty schemes and running promotional days with the sales teams
* Catalogue production and sign off of packaging
* Creating and implementing a range of POS as part of the new product launch plan
* Ongoing learning and knowledge of the external environment; such as competitor and customer activities, plus keeping up to date with new technology trends and best practices
* Maintaining product marketing data on the in-house system, writing copy and working with the technical team to ensure all the unique selling points are included and correct

Your profile: -

* Proven experience of B2B Marketing
* Track record of managing content creation & PR
* Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Competent with budget management and spreadsheets
