Senior CRM Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to join our well established, East Midlands based consumer client. With some exciting upcoming changes in technology, the business is in a strong position to be creating exciting CRM campaigns to attract and retain customers and needs an experienced CRM Manager to lead this.
- Driving customer retention by understanding customer data to create targeted and compelling campaigns
- Managing a small team who will own, develop and deliver the CRM programme
- Own an active test and learn programme to improve the effectiveness of campaigns
- Delivering brand enhancing campaigns, which support the overall brand communication strategy
- Develop effective tracking, reporting and monitoring of CRM activity
Required skills & experience
- 3 years + experience CRM marketing experience including both email and direct marketing marketing
- Strong analytical, numerical and strategic thinking abilities
- Previous management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience of dealing with and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
