* The Head of Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and delivering an impactful and client centric marketing communications strategy to internal and external audiences
* Responsible for the brand strategy, delivering a differentiated brand narrative and ensuring a consistent, professional experience at all brand touch points.
* Development, control and management of full brand architecture including identity guidelines, tone of voice etc
* Creating, reviewing and delivering the marketing communications plan in collaboration with key stakeholders, in order to support the strategic plans and commercial objectives
* Develop and deploy digital and social media plans to support growth objectives and to enhance our reputation
* Prioritising messages and delivering effective, on-brand communications across a range of media to internal and external audiences, on behalf of the CMO & the Executive Team including the production of centralised marketing material and campaigns and an effective communications programme, particularly on Investments
* Equipping Relationship Managers with the means to market their businesses compliantly to their clients more effectively, whatever markets they operate in and however they choose to advertise.
* Act as an invaluable source of guidance and advice to solve communication problems and deliver against communication objectives, brand values and business strategy.
* Provide thought leadership to ensure Marketing Communications team is fit for purpose and in keeping with the needs of the network.
* Drive relationship with Brand, Marketing and PR agencies and manage creative resource, both internally and externally, in relation to the preparation, creation and approval of marketing materials.


* Solid brand marketing experience, preferably within Financial Services marketing and in a senior role
* Experience of communications within Financial Services at senior levels
* Experience of developing and implementing brand strategies either in FS or other industries
* Experience of PR and thought leadership, preferably in Financial Services
* Experience of developing marketing strategy in Financial Services
* Experience in leading and deploying digital marketing strategy
* Leading and managing high performing teams
* Graduate degree preferred
* CIM Diploma preferred
* Ideally FPC qualified
* UK experience essential
