The role of head of Affiliate Marketing will manage the strategy and delivery of affiliate and third party marketing for the company. You will have full budget and ROI accountability, ensuring lead generation and conversion is optimised. The position is London based.

Description

The role of Head of Affiliate Marketing includes the following responsibilities:

Grow the affiliate and third party network to support new customer acquisition

Ensure quality of leads is optimised and work closely with sales team to maximise conversion

Grow the brand in the affiliate and online third party space by being proactive in developing long term relationships with key partners

Have a deep level understanding of the market and how target customers behave

Work closely with other channel owners to ensure a joined up approach to communications

Ensure all marketing activity is brand and industry compliant

Occasional UK travel will be required


Profile

The ideal candidate for this London based Head of Affiliate Marketing role will possess the following skills:

* Strong record of delivering results in an affiliate marketing role

* Highly analytical approach to marketing and can evaluate performance of activities with effective insights

* Experience in negotiation and re-negation of contracts

* Understands the drivers that deliver leads

* Will have developed and delivered successful affiliate marketing strategies and action plans

* Experience in the financial services sector

* Strong communication skills and able to interact with key business leaders

* A problem solver who has solutions

* Previous experience of managing someone

* Be degree educated

* Thrive working in an informal, non-corporate environment. Expect to be challenged.
