Our client is looking for a Digital Experience Manager on a 12 month FTC to lead their development of owned platforms, SEO strategy and their mobile and tablet app proposition

Major Automotive brand and recognised employer in the Northern Home Counties with a professional and friendly office environment


Description

*

Lead digital experience planning process including online sales, other sub brands, after sales, our client's DMP and SEO
*

Create customer journey alongside the Customer Experience Team for mobile and tablet applications
*

Detect opportunities for new digital assets for campaigns, POS and dealer showrooms
*

Work closely with our client's Market Intelligence team and external agencies to determine appropriate reporting to monitor and manage the ROI on marketing activities
* Management of four direct reports
* Budget Management
* Multiple stakeholder and agency management


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* Knowledge and experience in managing digital journeys (end to end)
* Understanding of search strategies
* Experience in delivering campaigns via a data management platform
* Knowledge of automotive sector (desirable)
