Your New Role

This is a new and truly exciting opportunity for a proven Digital Marketing Manager, someone who will be responsible for the strategic management of owned and earned digital marketing channels, with the key objectives of delivering online sales growth, and managing online brand reputation. The remit of the role will be diverse, but ultimately accountable for leading the digital marketing strategy for owned and earned channels - SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media, Marketing and Content Marketing.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Ownership of Strategic roadmap across all product verticals
* Lead email projects for all products working with product owners and business stakeholders
* Devise and implement a personalisation strategy to improve email conversion rates
* Developing a roadmap of technical issues on the website that will be worked through in priority order, including improvements in site speed
* Working with 3rd party agency on success criteria and improvements to commercial rankings
* Managing one direct report who will deliver content creation; producing effective and sustainable social media content across text, image and video which complements the Content hub
* Community management and engagement; growing positive customer sentiment to increase sales potential and positive word of mouth. Moderation of customer comments on companies owned digital products
* Influencer marketing and outreach; extend the reach of content marketing activity and engage relevant influencers
* Analytics reporting and performance management: tracking the effectiveness and return on investment of campaigns
* Reputation management; working closely with the Social care team to manage and improve the companies online reputation on 3rd party platforms such as Trustpilot and Feefo
* Work closely with the Trading Managers to develop product specific content - leveraging insight from product knowledge and development of new propositions

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrable experience working in a similar role. You will have a strong understanding of digital and online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice and have solid experience of working in a progressive environment. Proven relationship building and management skills with the ability to deal with colleagues and external contacts at all levels. You will have a high level of commercial awareness. Demonstrable negotiation and influencing skills with the capability to manage third party relationships. Along with excellent presentation & communication skills with high attention to detail Planning, organising and prioritisation skills.
