Head of Digital Marketing
This role is an intrinsic part of a major digital transformation strategy, responsible for driving cost effective high-quality website traffic, securing conversion and driving customer acquisition.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will plan, present and execute the acquisition & retention strategy across paid, earned and owned marketing channels. You will lead the full digital marketing mix including PPC, digital, organic, email and social media activity.
Managing the digital marketing team with four direct line reports plus digital agencies, this role needs an experienced Digital leader with vision, who can act on their ideas and influence with credibility.
You will have budget responsibility and will be expected to achieve targets and demonstrate success against ROI. Strong understanding of customer acquisition activities, attribution modelling, SEO and organic growth and able to demonstrate experience in
delivering conversion and ROI from a non – transaction site, fully engaged with the consumer and complex customer journey.
For this role you will need to develop a strategy that builds and converts a digital audience, drives high quality enquiries, leveraging all digital and social channels. Utilising best practice and a commercial analytical mindset to ensure success.
With strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, you’ll be passionate about digital and fully versed in both current trends and future digital technologies and opportunities.
