This is a new role supporting senior management and it will be for a minimum of 3 months.

You will be responsible for all marketing activities for the Sales and Business Development team and the wider business.

Operating in a highly dynamic environment, you will be expected to drive, manage, develop and support all areas of marketing from managing communications, marketing campaigns to supporting and attending trade shows as a representative of the company.

The role will require you to develop deep market knowledge and interact effectively both internally and externally, at all levels internally, cross-functionally, with customers, senior Governmental representatives and extensive relationships with international trade bodies.

You will be a self starter who enjoys taking initiative, playing an active role leading cross-functional projects that deliver tangible results.


* Delivery of marketing strategy - 3-5 year strategy with annual update

* Design and deliver full mix, targeted, marketing activity plans for key sectors

* Manage marketing communications with internal and external network

* Manage press releases into relevant trade press

* Manage trade shows from inception to break down, acting as a key ambassador for NPA

* Manage NPA capability presentations

* Manage marketing materials for Technology days and global shows

* Manage release of datasheets

* Manage internet content & Social Media to ensure that NPA uses all media to touch potential customers
* Develop brand awareness /raise our brand profile / nurture relationships with key stakeholders

* Manage new Product Releases

* Manage Email marketing campaigns

* Manage Distributor and Agent training and business meetings

* Develop and manage the CRM database


* CIM qualification or equivalent Marketing qualification.

* Demonstrable experience in a similar role leading the design and execution of effective marketing strategies.

* Strong creative/strategic/project management/organisational/digital communications skills

* Strong leader and team player - 'win as a team' attitude and results driven

* Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends.

* Understanding of customer segmentation, customer insight and CRM strategies.

* Demonstrable knowledge of sales and marketing.

* Experience of Manufacturing business preferable but is not essential.
