As Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of customer plans across both the On and Off Trade with a key focus on activations in key multiple grocers.

As Customer Marketing Manager your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

Customer Marketing Activation Plans:
- Lead the development of customer marketing plans, brands dependant upon role; with key internal stakeholders and managing key agency relationships.
- Manage the development and implementation of key customer marketing plans.
- Manage an integrated customer activity calendar; making recommendations for investment choices on a quarterly basis (in line with LE reviews)

- To proactively contribute to an evaluation culture; adopting a framework for activity evaluation and developing key learning's which can be acted upon to deliver better execution
- Lead the evaluation of key customer marketing activities; based on sales uplift, ROI and brand objectives.

- To proactively make recommendations for the development of key customer selling tools (ie selling decks, brand fact sheets) to support sell-in of brand initiatives
- To deliver category/channel based presentations for key customer reviews (ie Brand Planning Days)
- To lead the development of price tracking tools for use across customer & brand teams

- Responsibility for customer marketing budget for your dedicated brand
- Monthly reconciliation of A&P spend


The successful candidate will possess the below attributes and skills:

* Degree educated, a Marketing or Business related degree desirable
* CIM certificate desirable
* Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
* Proactively takes initiative, bold steps and measured risks while accepting responsibility for decisions and actions.
* Ability to get a deep understanding of the market - competitors, channels, categories & customers - to transform it into business opportunities
* Ability to get a deep understanding of the consumer, shopper behaviour from observation, to transform insights into actions & business opportunities
* Ability to recommend, implement and evaluate effectiveness of business activities (Commercial and Marketing) in order to optimise business performance and ensure excellence in execution
* Ability to navigate into a digital environment, understand how to succeed in a digital world, use technologies and new digital tactics in the day-to-day activities.
* Ability to implement the different actions of the touch-point plan, traditional and digital, in order to create memorable experiences, generate preference for our brands and advocacy.
