ACCOUNTABILITIES

Consumer / Insight

* Discover insights through dialogue with the consumers to identify opportunities for the brand - strategic, innovation, activation
* Champion the education of the target consumer around the products
* Develop ongoing sampling plan and manage all activation at grassroots games

Brand management

* Own brand guidelines across the team, including ongoing development of materials, image bank, championing brand consistency across all aspects of the plan
* Develop paid media plan including buying decisions and activation with media owners
* Lead & manage film & photographic shoots with partner clubs

Club & brand partnerships

* Build and nurtures relationship with the partnerships & digital teams
* Leverages all rights across social platforms to deliver strong ROI
* Build and manage relationships with Mktg/Digital teams in 15 x partners to develop bespoke content
* Identify & build Marketing relationships with brand partners - e.g. Nike, Adi, Catapult

Content

* Build comprehensive content plan
* Curate, edit and write content
* Content outreach with key partners to ensure effective content distribution to target audiences
* Lead production of content - design, film and manage external production teams
* Identify guest writers & PR opportunities for all content

Social

* Develop social media strategy to execute reactive/proactive opportunities
* Manage & regularly post across social media channels including occasionally at evenings & weekends
* Manage 15 x external influencers through selected influencer agency
* Internships
* Recruit a number of interns from leading Universities to activate sampling programme through the season.
* Line manage interns
