Our client is seeking a junior Tender Analyst to join its Pricing Team and contribute to the management of the contract and tender processes.

Client Details

Our client is a global industry-leader in the medical devices industry working closely with health care providers and medical professionals.


* Working with stakeholders across operational teams within the organisation to develop an understanding of products, analyse data and produce usage reports, and ensure correct band prices
* Managing the tender process to a high standard and on time from Pre-Qualification Questionnaires to Tender submission
* Managaging Sales and Busines Managers' expectations and working collectively to collate tenders responses and debriefs
* Responding to all Tender enquiries and navigating different tender portals
* Managing new contract awards and extensions, and responding to contract enquiries, along with ensuring consistent Contract pricing
* Reviewing list prices increases on existing contracts and providing analysis and reports on pricing, categorising customers by contractual terms
* Ensuring no interruptions in the order process through expiring price/contract management
* Investigating discrepancies between prices quoted by customers and those loaded on the system


* Degree educated - Business/Finance/Law/Marketing/English
* Excellent IT skills - especially Excel
* Proven organisation, analytical and time management skills
* Strong communicator able to work with varied internal stakeholders and build relationships
* Self-motivated, autonomous and collaborative
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Experience of tendering and contracting a plus
* Experience within Procurement team at a NHS Trust a plus
* Knowledge of SAP and Vendavo a plus
