Director of Field Marketing

Reporting to the Marketing Director this is a high profile and challenging opportunity for a forward thinking and innovative field marketing specialist.
You will take full responsibility for managing the field marketing teams, developing marketing plans and executing activities supporting the business, work with the sales teams to define and agree on priorities, tactics and actions quarter per quarter whilst working with central marketing teams to be aligned on the marketing strategy and brief that go to market.
You’ll have built a strong understanding of B2B field marketing models and theory, reporting, principles of effective lead management and account-based marketing. You will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in B2B marketing preferably within the technology sector with strong focus on customer experience and client engagement.
The ideal candidate will have experience of directly implementing or managing field-based marketing teams. Strong understanding of the sales cycle and solid experience working in a commercial and revenue driven environment is key. This high-profile role demands someone who is commercially focused and a true strategic thinker able to drive and deliver a best in class strategy and agenda.
