As the Operations & Marketing Coordinator, you will contribute to and develop the integrated solutions for the Marketing and Operations teams in marketing the services the company have to target audiences, as well as organise operations surrounding the exhibitions the company holds.

The client is a Global exhibition organiser specialising across many sectors, based in Coventry.


Description

The key responsibilities for the Operations and Marketing Coordinator include:

* Exhibition organisation - handling all aspects of operations for events
* Project planning and project management
* Helping to develop marketing plans, advertising, campaigns and where budgets are spent
* Marketing communications and advertising using a variety of both traditional media and digital methods
* Working with in-house or external creative agencies in designing creative marketing materials
* Public relations where required
* Social media marketing and other online platforms


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

* 1-2 years experience within a similar events/advertising business is preferable
* An interest and commitment in marketing, including both traditional and digital marketing methods
* A good understanding of social media channels
* Skills in project management
* Confident in liaising with external agencies, key internal & external stakeholders and with suppliers
* Good written and verbal English skills are essential
* Ability to perform calculations
* Confident in computers programmes e.g. MS Office
