Digital Engagement Manager | Manchester | Permanent Job | £29,500 - £32,750 | Housing Association

Your new company
You will be working for a well-respected housing association based in Sale. Due to expansion and restructure, this organisation are looking to recruit for an Digital Engagement Manager to join the team, on a permanent basis, who has the experience encompassing both Customer Communications and Digital Engagement to a senior level.

Your new role
The Digital Engagement Manager will lead on the organisations plan to increase online customer interactions to 30%. They will be responsible for identifying barriers to digital engagement, with the aim of increasing customer's use of the self-service portal 'My Account'. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and bring innovative and transformation ideas to the Customer Experience programme, working with the Insight and Complaints teams, use data and analysis to identify opportunities greater engagement. You will implement and drive success in our new Customer Engagement Strategy to ensure the voice of the customer is heard at the top of the organisation, and bring big, bold ideas and the latest thinking in community and digital engagement.

What you'll need to succeed
For this position, it is essential that you have considerable experience of managing a traditional and digital Customer Engagement programme and driving measurable success. You will require the ability to align the Customer Engagement Strategy with corporate objectives and bring continuous improvement to the organisation. Good stakeholder management is key and the ability to develop relationships with diverse groups of people. You should have experience working autonomously but also work closely with the Marketing team. As an individual you should be a creative, strategic, thinker who can both shape projects, drive delivery and personally execute.
