The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for driving the success of the business and ensuring all new and existing customer relationships are managed effectively and efficiently.

Description

The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for the following:

* Accountability for ensuring the on site customer centre is utilised according to KPI's set with the rest of the organisation.
* Owning the process from preparation of the visit to follow up after the business.
* Management of monthly measures and reporting.
* Building strong relationships with sales leaders and sales teams.
* Overall accountability for delivering outstanding customer experience
* Handling a wide range of workshops, in conjunction with Sales teams, specialists, designers and leaders, to delight customers and create opportunity.
* Running workshops with retailers, investors and other influencers, and supporting sessions led by other trained leaders/champions.
* Keeping the on site customer centre dynamic and refreshed, including identification of new themes, content, creative ideas and technologies.


Profile

The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:

* Experience if sales and/ or marketing within B2B/FMCG/Retail
* Energy, curiosity and a desire to help both customers and colleagues succeed
* Interest in customer / shopper behaviour, retailing, FMCG supply chains and fast changing sales channels
* Strong communication skills - the right person will enjoy working collaboratively and creatively, with both customers and colleagues
* IT skills and familiar with digital technology


Job Offer

The Customer Experience Manager role is offering a basic annual salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
