Challenging and exciting role for exceptional consumer insight specialist with experience of managing research & insight projects across international markets.  Working alongside global brand teams, you’ll use a substantial budget to support this well-known consumer brand, managing projects around brand strategy, equity, innovation and communications, identifying consumer trends, driving brand growth and bringing best practice thinking to the business.  In what is a very dynamic and highly successful global business, you will need to hit the ground running, taking responsibility from day 1 and working with limited supervision.

Our Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a fast-paced consumer driven business is key for this challenging role, almost certainly with a robust research agency training too.  You will have been exposed to a wide range of ad-hoc methodologies, ideally with a good grasp of continuous retail/market/shopper data too - and will enjoy seeking out new ways to get under the consumer’s skin.  Specific experience of innovation and equity projects is important, ideally working on multi-country projects.  You will be commercially savvy and results-driven with exceptional influencing and communication skills.
