 If you’re a smart, ambitious, aspiring ‘Head of’ with a track record of influencing the growth of an entrepreneurial brand, we would love to speak to you.

This start-up brand, new to market and with a huge potential to grow and own a new category, needs an agile and energetic leader who will drive the process of expanding paid digital (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates, Programmatic) and offline marketing (DM, Outdoor, Press, Inserts). Versatile across a range of disciplines, you’ll be comfortable in quickly changing your focus to activities showing the most impact.  

We want you to lead and grow a best in class in-house team as well as managing agency and freelance partners. You will continually evaluate performance and set consistently high standards of execution and delivery across the team, underpinned by a clear plan/do/review cycle. You will own the conversion metric for the D2C website through a promotional calendar that maximises seasonal potential, prioritising new website features and tools and well as spotting and resolving technical issues.
