Due to the continued growth, my client is looking for an ambitious and motivated Digital Performance Manager.The role has responsibility for building and delivering all digital and marketing campaign measurement programmes, making key budget and activity recommendations to ensure the organisation meets all critical brand, customer and ROI targets.

Main Responsibilities

* Build and lead the production of all marketing activity performance measurement, including benchmarking against external market place to ensure optimal marketing decisions are made
* As the subject matter expert, you are the lead provider of marketing performance insight for the Marketing & Digital team, developing and leading the production of offline and digital media performance measurement, evaluation and analysis.
* Through robust and detailed analysis, you will make recommendations on both optimisation opportunities and performance issues to both create and protect value
* Manage and deliver enhanced measurement capability that accurately reflects channel attribution and the varied role that digital media plays in the purchase journey.
* Lead the provision of a market and competitor context, with insight into wider web trends using tools such as Hitwise and Google Trends.
* Develop robust measurement of offline marketing activity, including Press, Outdoor, Radio, Media partnerships and sponsorship, using a mix of direct response measurement and play a leading role in the assessment of econometrics modelling solutions.
* Work with the Digital Team and Marketing Campaign Managers to ensure all activity is accurately tagged to ensure the delivery of robust campaign tracking solutions.

Personal Profile

* Analytical, an excellent ability to analyse and understand the business needs, articulate this, and turn it into real solutions
* Digital and analytics experience with a proven track record of effecting change in digital marketing through a combination of analysis, communication and influencing
* An essential in-depth knowledge of web analytics and digital tracking combined with excellent understanding of the complexity of digital marketing channels such as PPC, behavioural targeting, affiliate programs, email marketing
* An ability to use data interrogation, manipulation and reporting/dashboarding tools (including Excel, SQL tools and Sharepoint etc)
* Experience in Google Analytics and Hitwise
