The B2C Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of marketing for the B2C Channel within the organisation for EMEA.

The Channel Manager will be responsible for:

* As channel marketing manager you will be responsible for developing, driving and implementing channel marketing activity for selected groups of B2C channel partners.

* Working closely with the B2C sales team to incorporate voice of sales to drive alignment in delivering channel plans.

* Implementing channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.

* Working closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.

* Working closely to the product and B2C marketing teams you will support brand development and experiential activities.

* Utilize data and shopper insights to provide recommendations to drive category distribution and market share

* Overseeing day to day channel operations in both local and international markets.

* Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.

* Past experience managing marketing budgets ideally within a B2C channel marketing setting.

* A strong understanding of the distribution channels for the industry.

* Project management experience would be a definite advantage.

* The ability to manage small teams of people and influence senior executives is essential.

* Requirement to travel with EMEA Region as a part of this role


The Channel Manager will ideally display:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar Channel Marketing role

* Attention to detail, organisation and time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines essential.

* Proven track record of executing effective Channel Marketing and best practice.

* Advanced Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Additional language skills an advantage

* Excellent communication skills, strong written and verbal.

* Professional attitude

* Great sense of humour!
