Passionate about internal communications and engagement? So are we! We're looking for a strong communicator to join the Engagement Team, to support and promote engagement through communications throughout the Group with existing colleagues and externally for future employees.

About the role

You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the communication channel strategy to support the Group’s strategy – you’ll be championing effective use of digital technology especially Office 365. Creating compelling content and digging out best stories that showcase how we deliver our purpose is at the heart of this role. 

As a trusted advisor, you’ll be working with senior leaders and the Management Board to deliver consistent and inspiring communications to keep colleagues informed and engaged. Your role will involve planning and delivering innovative, engaging and inspiring communication and engagement campaigns; working alongside a virtual team of internal communicators.

About you

We want to hear from creative, enthusiastic people who have a strong passion for employee engagement and communications and want to come in to make a real impact. You’ll have a love for storytelling, able to bring your experience into the role to develop and distribute key content and also deliver our internal comms and channel strategy to the Group.

Our employee voice is incredibly important so you’ll be making sure two-way feedback and impact is captured through effective measurement of communications; campaigns and content. You’ll be the first point of contact for response to internal crisis communications. You’ll be able to provide best-practice communications advice and support for a variety of digital, change, engagement and strategic projects. 

You’ll have proven experience of a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, able to manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining impeccable attention to detail in everything you do. A real key strength that will make people stand out is the ability to simplify complex information and problems and come up with solutions off their own initiative.
