The Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the full marketing mix, including the execution of a number of major annual events. The successful applicant will be well organised, structured in their work and will have experience in a previous similar role.

My client is a membership organisation with over 3 decades of success. With over 500 partners and 1000's of individual members across the globe.



Contribute to the creation and delivery of marketing initiatives

Participate in the re branding exercise and be a brand guardian
* Brief & liaise with external design agency and other suppliers as required

To support and assist on other marketing initiatives as required

Assist with promotion and organisation of member's social days
* Preparation of monthly e-bulletin including collation from other departments

Deliver key marketing programs for all events
* Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to maximise event attendance
* Manage marketing and media partners
* Be able to produce data segmentation and analysis
* Manage the PR agency to ensure regular coverage of the events
* Manage the seminar coordinators
* Manage the show website via CMS
* Produce content updates
* Manage presence of media partners at the shows
* Post-show analysis through surveys and registration data analysis
* Run targeted digital campaigns through major social networks and search engines
* Coordination of Awards entries, submission screening and judging process
* Assist with promotion and organisation of members' social days


* Experience of marketing led activity for shows/events/exhibitions would be highly advantageous

Excellent communications skills

Experience of latest methods / technologies in delivering marketing communications

Good understanding of email marketing and experience with corporate email software (Dotmailer, Mailchimp etc.)

Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere etc. would be beneficial but not essential

Be a clear and open communicator

* High accuracy and attention to detail

* The ability to work with a broad range of personnel at any level
* Ability to manage time and meet deadlines even when under pressure

Willingness to work extra hours in lead up to the main annual show

Previous relevant marketing experience
