CRM & e-mail Marketing Specialist – FMCG Client-side

A strong interest in the digital space with hands-on CRM and email marketing experience is key for this exciting new role within a major global FMCG business. Working in a dynamic shopper European team, you will help the business to grow its e-commerce revenues, working with marketing & commercial teams in different countries to set up and run best-in-class e-mail marketing activity - identifying, implementing and bringing improvements to the e-mail marketing process and campaigns.  This will include working on the company’s own websites and with pure play and retailer websites too.

Specific responsibilities in this role include

  • Implementing best-practices and supporting country teams with configuring and optimizing campaigns 
  • Developing email systems & providing technical support to local market teams
  • Preparing and facilitating capability-building email marketing training 
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to the current technical setup to optimize the usage of emailing systems and drive innovation 
  • Analysing email marketing KPIs and optimizing processes 
  • Managing central email marketing dashboards, analysing email marketing campaign effectiveness and KPIs across major countries

Key Skills Checklist
With at least 2-4 years’ solid experience in an agency or client-side role, designing and configuring on-line and e-mail CRM campaigns, you’ll be looking for your next career challenge.  We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running, enjoying the idea of building something new and getting your hands dirty, creating new campaigns and operations from the ground up.  You will be highly results-driven with strong analytical/data skills and will be up to date with the latest trends and opportunities in e-mail marketing.
