My client is a real success story, with a rich heritage and exciting future plans, which you could be part of. I’m looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their team, but this isn’t a run of the mill, number-crunching role; I’m looking for someone who “gets” insight and is able to convey findings to the wider business, to make sure that decisions are made with the customer at the heart of all activity.

As the Marketing Analyst, you will:-

- Develop and enhance regular and ad hoc reports, using a combination of analytical tools, including Excel, SAS and SQL
- Ensure that data is segmented in the best way, so that the right customers receive the right communications at the right time
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Conduct sales analysis
- Feed back to the wider business to relay analytical findings, turning these into actionable insight with a clear CTA
- Act as the data expert on company-wide projects
- Maintain data integrity
- Manipulate raw data to construct reports

It’s key that you’re highly numerate, with a love for digging in the data and using the numbers to paint a picture of your customer. Equally important is your ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels.

To succeed in this role, you must have advanced Excel skills, and will have worked with SAS, SQL or similar. My client is open on the level of this role, so long as you have worked in an analytical position previously, whether through employment or through a university placement.

This role is easily commutable by public transport and car from Leeds, Bradford and surrounding. On offer is a competitive salary, which is dependent on experience.
