ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be part of an internal consultancy team working. You will be the go-to-person for everything CRO, SEO and UX related. You will be solely responsible for growing income.
* Work across Fundraising, Digital Health, Research and Media teams to create and deliver multi-channel acquisition and engagement plans to generate income
* Provide audience and behaviour insights, analyse campaign data and report back to internal teams
* Identify marketing funnel drop offs and ensure all the fundraising teams web content is relevant to audiences and optimised to increase conversions
* Demonstrate value of onsite optimisation with a track record of increasing conversion
* Act as the SEO champion
* Work closely with the UX & UI designer to ensure UX best practices
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
* A good team player and confident communicator
* Ability to problem solve and prioritise own work
* Actively contributes new ideas and approaches
* Ability to understand customer needs and works to meet or exceed these
* Strong understanding of supporter journeys to effectively engage with target audiences
* Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of key email marketing KPIs and an ability to use data to drive decision making
* Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
ABOUT YOU:
Knowledge
* Knowledge of Episerver, Sleeknote, Google Analytics and Google Optimize
* Knowledge of SEO
* Understanding of end to end process integration
Experience
* Experience in tracking and analysing web traffic, ideally in Google Analytics
* Experience of website development and maintenance in a content management environment
* Experience creating and producing digital content in a content management system (CMS)
* Experience of agency/third party supplier liaison
* Project management experience
* Experience of digital marketing strategy and implementation
* Experience of supporting colleagues on digital platforms
