Our client is looking for someone with this previous experience and who understands the importance of addressing this audience with the proper tone of voice, been aware of the context of the communications/content released and managing different stakeholders.

Description

Based in London, the Content Associate will be responsible for:



* Plan and manage the flow of content through different offline and digital channels.





* Write and proofread content released/produced by yourself or other members of the team/firm.





* Maintain, design, proof and publish content for the employee weekly communications channels.





* You will produce and deliver creative communications campaigns, and take the lead on designated communications plans.





* You will also look after the internal communications related with operation subjects that affect daily routing work to both internal collaborators and contractors. This requires fast pace response and address topics on time.





* Support members of the Communication Team as necessary, including the press office which involves taking press enquiries and formatting responses, writing press releases, speeches, website copy and other corporate publicity material when required.





* In supporting the flow of communication, you'll understand how to segment an audience and use channels appropriately.


Profile

Based in London, the Content Associate ideally should have:



* Proven experience working within internal communications focused in engagement/employee communications in public or private companies with large number of employees.

* Exceptional command of written English, and an innate skill in conveying complex information in simple terms.

* Razor-sharp eye for detail. Mistakes in this role can cost money to the firm.

* As a nice to have, you'll also have worked extensively with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and have the capability to edit HTML/CSS.
