This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised and efficient to co-ordinate marketing activity through the team's most important tool - the database. Travel to and from other offices may be required at times.

Description

Based in London, the Marketing Systems Executive will be responsible for:

* On-going cleansing, maintenance and development of the firm's database including;





* Creating and producing direct marketing lists (both postal and electronic)





* Feeding back changes following any direct marketing campaigns to the relevant individuals





* Co-ordinating the on-going data cleanse project and recommending actions required to ensure data is kept up to date and implementing them





* Taking responsibility for adding new contacts who come in via the website





* Training new administration team starters in the use of the marketing database including adding new contacts, running lists to ensure consistency in data input and extraction, across the firm





* Ensuring all database supporting documentation is clear and concise and appropriate for each audience





* Liaising with the Information and Systems team to ensure greater integration of related systems and that all proposals for improvements are practical and workable. Considering the pros and cons of all options prior to making a decision





* Ensuring all actions are compliant and consistent with the firm's approach to the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)





* Developing and improving the quality of data/marketing intelligence provided to improve decision making.





* Covering for the Events and Marketing Administrator in their absence.


Profile

Based in London, the Marketing Systems Executive ideally should have/be:

* Proven organisational and research skills

* Commercial awareness and industry knowledge

* Working knowledge of GDPR



Education and experience

* Experience with CRM system(s)

* Professional Services Marketing experience desirable

* Intelligence gathering experience would be advantageous

* Exposure to databases and database maintenance
