A central government financial organisation is looking for a Senior Customer Acquisitions Manager to join their busy marketing directorate. The organisation is very friendly and progressive with modern open planned offices located in central London. The role is responsible for looking after the customer acquisition strategy and management. This is a new vacancy within the organisation therefore there is a huge opportunity for autonomy and development of the role. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned customer acquisition manager looking for a new and exciting challenge.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

* Delivering leads targets within approved budgets.
* Owning Direct Customer Acquisition activities to drive interest (website visits) and data capture (leads, EOIs, registrations, applications etc.).
* Delivering Information Hub promotional KPI targets within approved budgets.
* Directing and developing partnerships to drive Leads and customer benefits.
* Driving visits to the website and raise awareness & engagement.
* Supporting the organisation and growth of Regional Sales and Marketing Operations in line with the business strategy, especially localised customer lead and acquisition strategies and execution.
* Producing weekly and monthly summaries for senior stakeholders and a detailed quarterly report and annual report along with regular internal updates.
* Proactively managing external agencies and third parties in order to achieve success through establishing clear performance objectives, reviewing individual progress accordingly and taking action to bring performance back in-line where required.
* Directing and developing Corporate Partnerships with a view to making corporate offers readily and easily available to loan recipients, in support of their business objectives.
* Identifying and delivering opportunities for leveraging affiliates relationships such that they deliver revenue into the scheme.
* Supporting the execution and marketing of the organisations various customer channels including Proposition and Promotion Roadmap and Consumer Journey Product and Platform improvements.
* Supporting the continual improvement of customer experience for loan recipients and delivery partners.
* Supporting and influence Marketing Communications across multiple stakeholder audiences and the growth of the Information Hub Brands.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

* A successful track record in a similar role in a commercial, third sector or social enterprise
* Extensive experience in delivering financial products at volume, in line with budgeted cost per acquisition
* Clear track record of success using SEM (organic and paid), affiliate, display, mobile and other media channels to acquire leads that convert to quality loan business
* Experience using other media channels (TV, OOH, Press, Radio, Direct) to drive high levels of awareness that convert to applications
* Proven team management experience in performance and brand driven business
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (all packages).
