Events & Operations Administrator

An exciting new opportunity within events has just become available for an Events & Operations Administrator to join one of the area's most well-known leisure parks! If you are an Events graduate, or have had some previous experience within events or conference assistance and administration, this could be a great next step for you in joining an established company with great opportunities for progression. You will be joining a close-knit, hard-working team and have an exciting portfolio of events to work on!

Reporting into the Events & Operations Director, the Events & Operations Administrator will essentially be responsible for ensuring events, venue and grounds are coordinated and delivered successfully.

Typical duties will include: supporting event operations & logistics; coordinating onsite graphics & media; ensuring successful set up of events; ensuring health & safety checks are completed; being a key point of contact when needed for events; and much more! It will be a busy, fast-paced role so you will need to be highly organised with a proactive nature and willingness to get stuck-in.
