You will help develop a long-term strategy and execution plan to take content management to the next level and then own driving that plan to fruition. This includes all aspects of the marketing material content life cycle - how we create, maintain, and implement our campaigns.

Description

The role will include the following responsibilities;

* Lead, manage, and develop impactful content assets and campaigns which help our consumers understand the product category and our philosophy, across the marketing funnel that help us rise above the noise





* Managing end-to-end the QC, review and approval of customer-facing content (across Product Marketing, Sales, Events, PR, Legal, Regularity Affairs etc.)





* Setting up scalable processes for managing content assets created and sharing them widely with pan-European stakeholders.





* Owning the creation and delivery of content assets across multiple communication channels including websites, emails, videos, e-commerce platform, applications and microsites





* Managing localization of content into geographies





* Drive the editorial and production calendar to align with campaign strategies, local market needs and deliver a consistent drumbeat of compelling assets.





* Developing a framework to use hard data to regularly report on the effectiveness of content initiatives and iterating based on learnings





* Working closely with counterparts in the US and the Markets to share best practices and drive for parity and consistency





* Working cross functionally with internal stakeholders (business leads, product managers, marketing managers, IT teams, analysts, consumer insights etc) and also managing a range of different external and internal content teams who will support in the development of content assets.





* Own the management of budgets


Profile

The ideal candidate will posess the following:

* Strong experience working in a relevant content production and/or content management role





* Proven experience of copy writing and/or content development experience at an agency or marketing department





* Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.





* Passionate about creating engaging content, discovering new trends, and driving actions through insights.





* A story-teller by nature and motivated by disrupting the norm through creative and content





* Proven leadership to conceptual thinking, creatively and innovation; ability to influence others





* Strong knowledge and experience of managing multiple internal and external stakeholders in parallel to deliver on goals to budget







* Team player who enjoys collaborating with a high performing group.





* Demonstrated experience in setting and driving Brand and Content strategies and working cross functionally to delivery final content





* Strong project management, creative thinking and analytical skills





* Experience working as part of a global team supporting multiple languages





* Keys to success in this role include program leadership experience. Preference is for candidates with exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, project management and interpersonal skills along with an intense customer focus
