Description

As a Channel Marketing Specialist you will support the Head of Marketing in the development and delivery of the marketing plan and improve both the profile and awareness of brand and product proposition.

* You will research and lead and deliver of integrated marketing campaigns

* Create marketing and sales collateral to enhance the organisations brand awareness, product proposition and develop engagement opportunities

* You will work across the business in driving direct mail / email activity to support the external telemarketing agency in generating quality leads and appointments

* Work with other members of the Marketing and Communications team to develop and enhance PR, digital and marketing collateral to promote and communicate the brand and proposition, ensuring these are current and relevant to the target audience

* Create, develop and deliver brand / acquisition campaigns and lead bespoke Marketing projects where required


Profile

As a Channel Marketing Specialist you will have;

* Experience of working as a Marketing Executive focusing on multi-channels from research to implementation of campaigns within a B2B environment.

* Experience of working with an external telemarketing agency for lead generation / appointment setting opportunities. This is essential as you will need to manage and lead the telemarketing agencies

* Experience of managing and developing integrated marketing campaigns with a primary focus on B2B acquisition.

* Experience of developing, executing and measuring direct marketing campaigns.

* Experience of identifying and researching market segments to support targeted campaign activity.

* A confident approach with the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the business.

* Excellent relationship building skills across multiple channels ideally within a financial services, agency or a regulated environment
