I'm working with a much loved hospitality brand in Bedfordshire. With growth on the horizon and a superb new leadership team from 2 of the biggest companies in the world, this is an exciting time to join the business.
Description
* Ownership of the offline marketing calendar, including POS/BTL, with responsibility for all POS execution across the brand.
* Actively seek out, propose, execute and measure local store marketing to drive footfall for required stores.
* Print agency management.
* Propose and deliver segment specific activity that is on tone of voice and is on the strategy set. Measure and report on activity ROI on a monthly basis.
* Keeping up to date on market trends and competitor activity on a review, analysis and report basis.
* Own pricing benchmarking and ensure quarterly updates.
* Internal communications champion.
* Coordinate and deliver customer communication events and marketing activities required for team events.
* Manage the company charity relationship.
* Owner of the marketing approach plan and implementation at handover for all new store openings.
* Seek out, propose, execute and measure all required Local Store Marketing support for new openings.
Profile
* Some experience in a hands on marketing role.
* Good communicator, comfortable in developing internal communication materials.
* A customer champion, passionate about hospitality.
* Experience of the hospitality industry would be useful but is not essential.
* Project management skills - this is a fast-paced role and the successful candidate will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering a consistently high standard of accuracy.
* The Assistant Brand Manager will preferably have a foundation level or higher marketing qualification preferred.
Job Offer
The Assistant Brand Manager will gain a competitive salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus package.
