My client are a global law firm looking for a Senior Bids Manager. This role will include Bid Management and Business Development and requires someone with experience across both.

A global law firm headquartered out of Manchester.


Key Responsibilities of the Senior Bids Manager:

* Work with the other Bid Managers and Executives to deliver and support the business and lawyers in developing winning bid documentation.
* Planning and managing the bid from outset to closure. Proactive project management of complete tender process, including strategy, design, drafting, review and production.
* Qualifying and quantifying all opportunities to understand cost effective tendering and offer an informed bid/no bid decision.
* Develop themes and brainstorm best visual representation of proposals and presentation to secure bid wins.
* To have awareness of the issues faced by client organisations in the relevant sector and the role of a professional support services group in delivering commercial, financial and technical expertise to these clients.


The ideal Senior Bids Manager:

* Immediately available for a new opportunity
* Mixture of both bid and business development experience
* Experience in a Legal or Insurance background
* Able to work from Greater Manchester (at least 1 day per week)

Job Offer

The Offer:

* £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
* Ability to work from any of the UK offices (with at least 1 day per week from Manchester)
