Working alongside peers in the marketing leadership team, the senior strategic propositions manager will also ensure that their value propositions are aligned with the wider product and marketing strategy, resulting in an integrated go to market approach through all of the relevant channels.

Your role:

* Develop the propositions road map
* Bring together products, services, innovation pilots, commercial differentiators and messages that will solve specific customer challenges
* Prioritise proposition development effectively while aligning resources to maximize commercial opportunities
* Own the strategic go-to-market brief and messaging framework that allows for a seamless go to market and integrated, multi-channel/region campaign activities.
* Develop client personas (based on segments, buying centre roles, geographies etc.) to help sales facing teams understand and select the right conversations and value propositions with which to address their clients.
* Actively engage with internal and external clients to get a clear understanding of the business issue for which propositions are required
* Lead, coach and develop the strategic propositions and insights team

Your profile:

* Proven experience in strategic/proposition marketing roles
* Understanding of marketing insight methods and research approaches.
* Strong, proven commercial & market awareness and the ability to develop insight based value propositions
* Knowledge of the marine and offshore industry desired but not essential
* Proven experience managing teams
