The role:

Your objective is to build and maintain a revenue stream from our key accounts, develop new business and bring on new clients, whilst building the foundations to grow a team of 4 people and develop yourself into Directorship. Some key responsibilities include:

Clients

  • Pitching retained and exclusive work in the FMCG arena
  • Executing a 48-hour turnaround on briefs
  • Leadership in your niche market (marketing/sales/insights)
  • Mapping out existing accounts and becoming an advocate for the companies' brand
  • Planning new business sessions, hunting for new opportunities
  • Provide value added and consultative information (salary surveys / industry news etc)

Candidates

  • Growing a high quality, concentrated network of 10/10 candidates
  • Interview coaching and advice
  • Providing a slick candidate experience
  • Delivering best practice across all aspects of you work

Management

  • Consistent billing figures in Marketing/Sales/FMCG markets (£250k+)
  • A track record of delivering roles into the same market
  • Able to develop a business plan in line with company values, working to monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Ability to lead, mentor and develop junior team members
  • Can talk in depth about current trends in the market, have a good presence in the FMCG market
