A leading legal firm is looking for a Relationship Executive to join a brand new team within BD & Marketing.

The Relationship Team was recently created to define and deliver the firm's relationship strategy and put relationships at the very heart of the firm's day-to-day business. This is a mandate from the very top of the business and comes with genuine support from around the firm. Acting as an ambassador for the team in a firm that is evolving quickly and genuinely values the input of the firm's Business Development & Marketing professionals, you must have the passion and drive to help the Relationships Team create and embed a culture of relationship excellence across the firm. This is an opportunity to play a key role in establishing the Team as the best practice hub and go-to for all things relationships, delivering high profile, business critical projects and effecting real change. The Relationship Executive will need a desire to get involved in the delivery of multiple, high profile projects, making a visible contribution to the business. Working with the Head of Relationships, you will support the firm's relationship initiatives across the firm. Your responsibilities will include implementing the firm's relationship strategy; supporting the creation and ongoing development of the firm's intermediaries and key client programmes; launching the firm's client feedback programme, and leading on the central co-ordination of information and KPIs; creating and managing the firm's Alumni Programme; and championing the best practice use of the firm's CRM systems.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre or equivalent with previous relationship marketing experience within the legal sector or a professional services firm and must possess a strong understanding of the legal environment. Good analytical skills and a proven ability to communicate concepts and processes succinctly both orally and in writing are pre-requisite and the Relationship executive will also be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and to anticipate and meet deadlines and a team player, with a positive, proactive attitude.
