As Brand Marketing Manager you will hold full responsibility for managing the company's brand - governance, TOV, visual identity and brand experience, while leading the brand marketing team.

* Brand guardianship
* Owning, evaluating and assessing company's brand performance
* Line management of brand marketing executives, providing strong leadership, clear responsibilities and accountabilities.
* Aligning brand marketing plans and activity to those of the wider marketing team
* Driving the internal comms strategy ensuring key messages are delivered to the appropriate stakeholders
* Managing the brand's reputation by proactively promoting corporate initiatives and business successes, and reactively managing crisis communications


* 4-5 years of B2B Brand Marketing Experience
* Proven team leadership and line management
* Ability to build brand strategy and support executives in its execution
* Strong communications skills across traditional and digital channels
* A brand ambassador always on the lookout for a positive story
* Experience ideally backed by a Marketing Degree/CIM
* Immediate availability and willingness to commute 1-day a week to a different location
