£45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
An exciting time to join a digital start up business in the sports world; this is a critical role and a great opportunity for an experienced CRM professional. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of customer communications through all digital channels including the planning and set-up of new campaigns and the continuous monitoring and optimisation of activity. As a core part of the membership marketing team you will delivering on-boarding, in-life and retention programmes.
Our Ideal Candidate
Given the nature of the industry a passion for sport and an understanding of the fan mentality would be valuable. Beyond that, we will need proven CRM experience, either agency or in house, ideally with subscription / membership engagement experience. You will have delivered Email, In-App and SMS campaigns planning and experience delivering dynamic content comms through HTML emails et al. You will have a clear understanding of the CRM life cycle and an appreciation of the importance of using communication and behavioural analytics. You will be ROI focused with strong stakeholder management experience.
