Description

This Content Manager (eLearning) role will be responsible for creating content for digital learning. Working primarily with experts you will create content that delivers measurable benefits for their audience.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Head of Department to develop and implement a content strategy for the Learning division, with an exclusive focus on digital content and online learning.
* Lead on content creation and delivery of new types and blends of education content, selecting the best format.
* Identifying content needs from customer research and requirements gathering.
* Setting up content workflow for ongoing delivery and maintenance.
* Obtaining business approval for content, managing the ROI and assessing performance.
* Collaborates with the Web and Social teams to galvanise a collaborative content strategy.
* Curates relevant high quality content from external partners.


Profile

The Content Manager (eLearning) role will suit an experienced and confident content professional, with proven content creation, digital and project delivery experience, who is looking to make a significant contribution to content strategy of a renowned education provider.

* Strong experience of digital content creation and acquisition, preferably in the scientific, technical, or medical fields.
* Experience establishing content workflows.
* Experience writing, producing, or commissioning engaging content for professionals.
* Demonstrable experience delivering digital projects.
* Customer research experience.
* Understanding content strategy and metrics.
