An excellent opportunity for an experienced Campaign manager to join a leading health charity to help develop their retail proposition

Client Details

My client is a leading health charity based in Surrey


The successful Campaign and Marketing manager will have the following responsibilities;

* Lead a range of core campaigns in Retail that will drive donated stock, volunteers and fundraising in high street shops and furniture stores

* Providing local marketing and resources to support our operational teams.

* Lead a team within the Retail Marketing team, working closely with digital, media and operations colleagues to develop strategies and deliver plans which will develop fundraising, stock generation and volunteering campaigns.

* You'll also provide teams with local marketing and engagement systems, resources and guidance, which will help to drive an increase in sales, stock and volunteers where needed, as-well as helping to increase shops connection at the local level to the charity and cause.


The successful Campaign and Marketing Manager should have the following skillset;

* Demonstrable multi-channel campaign management experience

* Knowledge of local marketing and community engagement

* Excellent organisational skills able to prioritise and work on multiple projects concurrently with multiple internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

* Experienced at managing marketing campaigns and communications through digital, social and traditional channels

* Excellent communication skills able to liaise and work with contacts across the country.

* Ability to successfully deliver nationwide campaigns - working with external agencies, suppliers and key stakeholders with a focus on customer insight and impact.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will recieve a salary of between £38,000 and £42,000 on a 12 month fixed-term contract
