An exciting new role for a Relationship and Engagement Manager to join the team of this national organisation who partner with the Higher Education sector.


Client Details

A National organisation who partner with Higher Education providers in order to provide learning materials and cashless bursary solutions.


Description

The job focusses on running successful long-term contracts at partner universities who typically have between 10,000 and 30,000 students and in excess of 2,000 members of staff. You will have a high degree of autonomy in achieving the specific and targeted goals that the institution seeks from investing in their scheme. Equally, you will be focussed on driving engagement at all levels, recruiting and training Ambassadors and having full P&L responsibility.



Key responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:



* Understanding your institutions key priorities and how the scheme is set to support the delivery of those priorities.







* Understand the various products and services the Group has to offer, and how to build the relationship with the institution through your ability to articulate the innovative application of different elements of the proposition.







* Creating and driving a high level of student and university engagement through building and maintaining close working relationships with all key stakeholders within the institution.







* Ownership and accountability for the relevant institution P&L (to include budget management and monthly reporting) to ensure successful commercial delivery of the scheme.


Profile

The successful candidate will be have a demonstrable track record within a commercial role, education sector experience would be an advantage.

It is essential that the successful candidate is able to establish credibility and trust from key stakeholders in order to present the proposition and manage the relationship with the supplier.
