The role will liaise with key business heads to ensure and advise on effective marketing planning and delivery, in order to provide clearly targeted growth for key business area. You will have a national Marketing team covering key regions.

Description

The role of Head of Regional Marketing for this London based Financial Services company will include the following responsibilities:
Lead on Marketing relationships with key business heads for different regions, as well as wider business development and investment management team members
Effectively and proactively influence marketing activities to be more commercial and clearly aligned to available data and insights
Manage and build a multi-location team of marketers
Provide clear leadership in delivering 'best in class' Marketing execution
Work to increase engagement of intermediaries by utilising the full mix of marketing channels


Profile

The ideal Head of Regional Marketing candidate will possess the following skill sets:
Excellent knowledge of delivering and planning complex marketing activities across a range of segments and regions
Have previous experience marketing to Intermediaries - ideally IFAs, in a fast moving environment
Able to build out clear commercial marketing goals from the ground up
Have excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Be able to travel around the UK on a regular basis
Demonstrate coaching and succession planning of a team
Understand how to maximise use of all channels - including Media, Events, Digital and Sponsorships
