Senior Brand Manager
A leading global consumer brand is currently seeking a talented, commercial and ambitious Senior Brand Marketer to take responsibility for product development and portfolio management projects for brands sold in its domestic and commercial sectors. As Senior Brand Manager you will deliver on the annual business plan ensuring KPI’s are met. This will involve driving a clear strategic direction, developing annual brand plans and executing key product initiatives to ensure brilliant execution across the business. You will collaborate with colleagues to build customer insight, create a clear and compelling communications plan and provide a brief for the commercial teams to implement. You will also play a key part in building a highly effective team culture by motivating and coaching colleagues.
Of graduate calibre you will have experience of brand marketing in high performing businesses and of managing multiple categories and/or brands. You will have developed products in collaboration with R&D colleagues and implemented brand planning and marketing programmes. Comfortable working within a matrix organisation structure and influencing senior stakeholders, you will possess excellent project management, analytical and interpersonal skills. Results driven, you are a champion of the customer and the consumer.
