A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Global Head of MarTech to join the dynamic and talented global Marketing & BD team of a major international law firm.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of MarTech is a global role and sits on the Global MBD leadership team. The purpose of the role is to have overall responsibility for the firm's marketing technology and infrastructure, looking at how the firm digitises marketing and business development activity to deliver enhanced insight to and about clients and ensure an outstanding client experience. The firm are investing in technology to help build deeper client relationships in order to achieve competitive advantage and win the most profitable work. Managing a small MarTech team, you will act as a strategic advisor to the business, working across a number of different initiatives and contributing to the overall strength of marketing and business development efforts by bringing in new ideas, recommending improvements to existing ways of working and leading cross-departmental projects. As the product owner of the firm's marketing technology and infrastructure, you be expected to continuously look for ways to improve and enhance existing products through innovation, process and automation. You will be responsible for actively collaborating with Product Management to understand the product vision, strategy and roadmap and for working closely with Global Technology and Innovation in order to achieve this vision. You will have oversight over all marketing technology projects in the firm, providing guidance and direction where necessary and driving adoption of new solutions across relevant teams.

Candidates will ideally be degree educated, preferably with a computer science background and with a relevant post-graduate qualification and will possess a proven ability to set an enterprise B2B digital marketing vision for a professional services firm spanning multiple business allied to a demonstrable track record of planning and delivering against objectives and tight deadlines. Strategically minded and delivery focused, with proactivity, drive and energy, the Global Head of MarTech will be a strong team player, able to influence effectively in complex stakeholder environments, motivate and manage a multi-disciplinary team, develop strong working relationships and deal with people of all levels.
