My Client started their journey over 20 years ago as a small family business and has grown to be a successful FMCG company promoted by many celebrity faces. My client is a strong contender in the health and nutrition industry providing life changing products and advice to their market. My client is passionate about what they do and with their ground-breaking psychological approach they have consumers hooked. My client is now looking for a Retail Brand Manager to join their NPD team and help grow the business even further. Where my client is based it is commutable from Hertfordshire and Essex


Description

Working across a portfolio of retail brands you will be responsible for:



* Managing a Retail Marketing Executive





* Growing brands and increasing market value





* Responsible for the long and short term strategic directions for all brands in line with brands guidelines.







* Develop and maintain a distinctive and differentiated brand proposition







* Delivering the strategic planning, implementation and delivery of the retail brands





* Collaborating with and managing internal professionals and external agencies alongside key stakeholders







* Develop close working relationship with retailers both in retail and







* Accountable for brand budgets





* Bringing new products to market to develop and build brands





* Delivering marketing activities that are attractive to new and old consumers.





* Tracking and communicating results of marketing activity







* Monitor and analyze category trends







* Keep trade partners engaged recognising the changes of the market place and provide captivating reasons to sell our brands over the competition.


Profile

Alongside having an interest in health and nutrition the ideal candidate will have:



* 3 years minimum FMCG marketing experience





* Experience of NPD and launch process





* Strong experience in project management



* Experience working cross-functionally



* Experience of in-store/online POS and promotion activity

* Ability to manage budgets and track P&L

* Experience in social media platforms



* Experience in using sales data, research and analysis
* Strong written asnd verbal skills


Job Offer

The Brand Manager can expect to receive a salary up to £45k depending on experience.
