The Data and Insights Manager is the Lead for the Divisions data strategy, delivering insights and analysis to guide critical business decisions.

The Data and Insights Manager will act as the Division's point of contact for the Graduates Outcomes survey, which will involve working collaboratively with colleagues across the school.

Description

The Data and Insights Manager is required to do the following:



* Ensure the team delivers a service in line with the University's Careers and Student Experience and Operations team values
* Undertake bench marking and shape, commission and manage the delivery of research projects
* Conducting regular individual, team and career development meetings to set goals and review progress
* Adhering to Division and School policy

* Create and maintain effective how to guides, policies and procedures for staff and students

* Develop and share key messages from research, data and analysis for use within the Careers team, more widely and externally, for both specialist and non-specialist audiences

* Write briefings and reports on activities for the Division's management team

* Represent the Head of Student Experience and Operations at relevant meetings

The Successful Data and Insights Manager will have the chance to work in the City of London, someone who has had experience working as a Data and Insights Manager within the Public Sector. With knowledge of CRM, leading and managing a team, someone who can solve problems and thinks on their feet. They will have to deliver services effectively and produce qualitative and quantitative reports and data visualisation
