Description

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be given full responsibility for all aspects of brand marketing this will include the following:



* Plan, create and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns from consumer and trade through to experiential and activation.

* Delivery of brand strategies, range architecture, product and innovation

* Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure brand strategy is aligned with category strategy.

* Provide ongoing marketing support to sales teams on strategic brand issues

* Ongoing communication of brand development targets and action plans to all key business stakeholders

* Delivery of financial targets and brand KPIs

* Delivery of brand/consumer marketing activity communication

* Budget management of brand A&P

* P&L ownership of brand ranges


Profile

The successful candidate will bring the following skills and attributes:



* Proven track record in FMCG drinks sector - either agency or client side

* Can demonstrate creative thinking around all aspects of Brand building

* The ability to work in an entrepreneurial setting and manage the fluidity and pace.

* Enjoys working in a collaborative team

* Commercial thinker

* Has working knowledge of P&L management
