An award winning international architecture and design practice is seeking a confident and proactive Bid Coordinator to join their successful team. This person will be a part of the Business Development team, reporting to the Bid Manager while having lots of autonomy working closely with the board. The practice is interested in candidates who want to muck in, grow and develop. Experience winning bids in the creative industry is necessary, and experience specifically in construction and public procurement is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate bids, submissions and RFPs using internal bid management system
* Assess possible business opportunities and select appropriately
* Arrange bid kick off meetings
* Work closely with the bid manager, graphics coordinator, global development teams and other design teams
* Manage tender sources and research and distribute leads to sector heads
* Take and analyse feedback on all bids, finding where they were successful and where there can be improvements
* Curate and edit responses to specific requirements alongside the bid manager
* Create and distribute bid management schedules with teams to ensure understanding and consistency throughout process
* Ensure any external documents are in line with brand guidelines
* Update and maintain company bid literature such as staff CVs, bid information library and bid area of intranet
* Renew online pre-qualification memberships and maintain framework tracker
* Manage project information via CRM system and bid management system, liaising with project teams to keep information up to date and accurate

Key requirements:

* Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
* Previous marketing, business development and bid winning experience in the creative industry
* Experience in evaluating new business opportunities and influencing the bid/no bid decision
* Ability to fully dissect a bid and identify the client's key requirements
* Experience in the construction / public procurement sector is ideal
* Confidence in communicating and presenting ideas to board members
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with careful attention to detail
* Ability to effectively coordinate between schedules and work with other teams
* Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team with a motivated attitude
* Flexible approach with the ability to multitask and work on tight and ever-changing deadlines
